Play

Regulators Hurling welcomes boys and girls beginning from age 12 on up. (Kids under the age of 18 do of course need to have adult supervision.) We also welcome men and women for as long as the body will hold up. (Adult supervision is optional.)

Our motto is everyone plays and the level of physical play is reduced for kids, female and new players. Serious injures are extremely rare and concussions are almost non-existent

We will provide hurling equipment to new players, while supplies last, so all you need is a t-shirt, shorts, and athletic shoes. Soft cleats are recommended. Helmets with a face mask are mandatory, so bring one if you have it. Hockey and Lacrosse helmets often work well to begin with. Other suggested items include shin pads and light gloves.

You will run A LOT!!  Bring lots of water, you will need it!!

Youth Camps

In season schedule consists of one weekday evening practice (Wed – 6pm to 8pm) and a match or scrimmage on the weekends. Regulators will be participating in a summer “Pub League” kicking off in April and continuing until July. Practices and matches are not mandatory so come as often as you like. The more you play the better you get!

Regulators will also participate in a number of tournaments throughout the season, kicking off with the San Diego Sevens the end of May.
